This experiential workshop will employ storytelling techniques to engage in a cross-cultural conversation on leadership through the lens of gender, racial, ethnic and/or national identities, and to further understand how to advance these conversations that decentralize hetero/mainstream, white, male-centric leadership norms. Participants will share and learn the principles and techniques of facilitating and holding space for sharing stories as a forum for community/civic engagement and social change.
