Ms. Ostroff, a native of the Philadelphia area, is an attorney with over 33 years of practice. For most of her legal career, Ms. Ostroff’s legal career spanned both private practice and in-house counsel, where she represented clients in complex mergers and acquisition, nationally and internationally. Along with her many years as a business lawyer, Ms. Ostroff has been involved with juvenile education and social justice issues. Although retired from active practice, Ms. Ostroff is a committed volunteer child advocate representing children and youth in Philadelphia Family Court. She is a member of The Transition Network’s Giving Circle Grants Committee. She previously served on boards of local non-profits involved in providing services and support to children and youth as well as people diagnosed with HIV/Aids.

Ms. Ostroff credits her Mother’s keen appreciation of the arts with her life-long passion for the arts. Ms. Ostroff and her husband spend their free time collecting art, visiting galleries and museums and whenever possible listening to artists. Ms. Ostroff is an avid reader of fiction, history and the social sciences.
